Scientific study shows chiropractic treatment “lacks evidence”

Basically, chiropractic treatment has been based on some pretty flimsy suppositions. Ms Hall (from sciencebasedmedicine.org) sets out what the paper says, and it’s bound to cause some ructions, especially given that the British Chiropractic Association’s recent legal action against Simon Singh. Here’s the article – I’ll review the study and post my own response soon.

An article written by 3 chiropractors and a PhD in physical education and published on December 2, 2009 in the journal Chiropractic and Osteopathy may have sounded the death knell for chiropractic.
